About
Procrastination is a systems problem, not a character flaw.
Why I Procrastinate is a free, 60-second quiz that helps you understand why you put things off, and points you to one tool that fits the way your brain actually works.
How it works

Everyday situations, not a personality test. No sign-up, no email.

How we choose tools
Each type has a different root cause, so each gets a different fix. We recommend one tool per type, chosen for how well its core mechanism addresses that cause. We'd rather give you one good answer than a list of twenty.

A quick note
The quiz is a self-reflection tool, not a psychological assessment or diagnosis. If procrastination is seriously affecting your work, studies or wellbeing, consider talking to a doctor or therapist. Ongoing trouble with focus or motivation can sometimes be linked to things like ADHD, anxiety or depression, and those deserve real support.
