The short version
- No account, no email address, no sign-up needed to take the quiz.
- Your quiz answers are processed in your browser. We don't receive or store them.
- We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
- Our web host keeps basic technical logs, like any website.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of personal data processed through whyiprocrastinate.com is:
[Your full name or company name]
[Address]
[Company ID (IČO), if you have one]
Email: [contact@whyiprocrastinate.com]
2. What data we process, and why
Quiz answers
The quiz runs entirely in your browser. Your answers and your result are calculated on your device and are not sent to us or stored by us.
Technical server logs
When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time of the request. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for [number] days and then deleted.
Emails you send us
If you contact us, we use your email address and message only to reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the correspondence once it's no longer needed.
3. Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tracking tools. All fonts and files are served from our own server. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
4. Affiliate links and other websites
Our result pages link to third-party software websites, some through affiliate links (see our Affiliate Disclosure). When you click one, you leave our site. That company, or the affiliate network it uses, may set cookies to record that you came from us. Their own privacy policies apply to that processing.
From affiliate programs, we generally receive only summary reports (for example, the number of clicks, sign-ups and commissions), not information that identifies you.
5. Who we share data with
We use a hosting provider, [Hostinger], which processes server logs on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising. If any data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you,
- have it corrected or deleted,
- restrict or object to its processing,
- receive it in a portable format,
- lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, email us at the address above. Our lead supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk). You may also contact the authority in your own country.
7. Visitors from the United States
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California privacy law, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
8. Children
This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
